UP Home Guard PET Key Rules & Conducting Committee
• Committee Members: Designated Deputy Collector (SDM) nominated by DM, Medical Officer nominated by CMO, and Deputy SP nominated by CP/SSP/SP.
• No Manual Timing: Electronic RFID/Timing Chips, CCTV/video recording, and Biometric verification will be mandatory to avoid impersonation.
• Same-Day Result: Successful and unsuccessful candidates’ list will be jointly signed by committee members and posted on the venue notice board on the same day.
• Prohibited Substances: Use of steroids, stimulants, or intoxicating substances during PET is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate disqualification and legal action.
• No Second Chance: Candidates failing to meet running standards will not get a second attempt or appeal option under any medical/personal circumstance.

Mandatory Documents & Absence Guidelines for PET Day
  • Printed copy of downloaded UP Home Guard PET Admit Card.
  • Valid Original Photo ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, E-Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License.
  • Absence Representation: If a candidate fails to appear on the scheduled date due to valid reasons, a written representation must be submitted to the District Committee before the Reserve Day.
  • Strict Cutoff: Under no circumstances will PET dates be extended beyond the official Reserve Day (including pregnant female candidates).
