Technician Grade-III (Workshop / Open Line / PUs)	1️⃣ Matriculation (Class 10th) Passed + NCVT/SCVT recognized ITI Certificate in relevant specified trade. 2️⃣ OR Class 10th Passed + Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA) in specified trades. 3️⃣ For Technician Gr-III (Signal & Telecom/PCM Trade): Class 10+2 Passed with Physics & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board.

The recruitment procedure will involve the following successive stages: Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective multiple-choice question test evaluating General Science, Mathematics, Reasoning, and General Awareness/Technical subject knowledge. Stage 2 – Document Verification (DV): Verification of original academic qualifications, ITI/Diploma/Degree certificates, age proof, and category credentials. Stage 3 – Medical Examination: Strict medical fitness examination conducted in designated Railway Hospitals to ensure post-specific medical standards (e.g., A-3, B-1, B-2 standards).
